RCM’s Executive Director, Mr. P. Dhayalan is a Civil Engineer with a high degree of expertise in construction, particularly infrastructure projects, having served in various capacities at senior levels in infra giants like L&T Construction Group, Reliance Industries Limited, Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd and Shapoorji Pallonji. He has also been instrumental in completing cement plants, fertiliser plants and industrial structures having pre-cast elements on turn key basis and also container terminal with marine jetty, major bridges, tunnelling, roads in infrastructure projects including all civil, mechanical and electrical divisions. Also experienced in Monumental heritage buildings rehabilitation works for usage of corporate office for RIL.
